Minimum requirements: Windows 2000/XP - 256M memory - DSL/Cable (or better)

1 - Click on this link  www.hotcomm.com/ftppub/hclsetupr.exe   then go to step 3

2 - Or,  if the link does not work - Open your browser: (Internet Explorer,  or Netscape) and  in the address bar type the link above, and press enter.

3 - When you see the File Download screen click "Run" or “Open” (Do Not “Save” the file)

4 - Then click on "Run" to start the installation process

5 - Click "I Accept" for the Terms of Service for HotcommCL

6 - Click "Yes" to Add Relay/Room Icon to Desktop Screen:

7 - - A Room Connection Setup window will appear, enter: 
Relay Server: " Relay4 "                      (Note: do not use the " quote marks !)
Room: " InvestorsEdNetwork "    (Must Be Typed Exactly as it is Here - no quote marks)

8 - Click "Add" (A New Blank Form Will Appear to add Another HotcommCL room)

9 - Click "Done"

10 - Click "Finish" (Return To Your Desktop)

11 - You will be prompted to create your IEN Hotcomm Room ID

12 - Press on the button that says to test your audio. You should hear a msg and drumroll.

13 - Press OK

15 - Enter the session password “ien” or whatever the current password is displayed on the www.ienweb.com/online page.  

Have your speakers on and if you wish to participate by voice please use a headphone with a microphone attached, or just type your questions and responses in the bottom box Note: If you use your microphone with external speakers you will get feedback and poor results.
