Past performance does not guarantee future results.  All presentations are for educational purposes and are not to be considered as financial or trading advice. Investors Education Network - IEN screens all speakers and vendors for quality and requires a 90% plus educational presentation however you must do your own due diligence as IEN does not endorse any specific product or service.
About IEN Director Jerry Furst:
Founder and President of Investors Education Network (IEN) since 2002, Jerry has been conducting and coordinating live training seminars and events for years and is now a frequent speaker at Traders Expos, FX Street Webcasts, and  published in Septembers 2006 SFO magazine.  To view his Blog on FX Street visit: http://1stonforex.fxstreet.com/

After attending hundreds of seminars. and scores of workshops, Jerry puts together presentations that he knows he would like to see if he was sitting in the audience.

Mr. Furst is a former Sr. Analyst/Programmer with IBM and has been a paid consultant and trainer to Fortune 500 companies.

Jerry has been a resident of South Florida since 1973 and has been trading his own account since 1987 primarily trading and investing with Forex currencies, stocks, and equity options for his own accounts. He finds that running a networking group for traders is extremely rewarding as he continues to learn from the experts in the industry and the traders in his group.

Jerry Furst opened his first self directed trading account in 1987 and is a professional and active trader, educator, and founder of Investors Education Network.  By creating IEN in 2002, Jerry has become the “hub of the educational wheel” for active investors - helping traders "separate the wheat from the chaff" to get top quality education.  Mr. Furst has gained international respect amongst his peers in the financial and trading education industry and traders around the globe.  Jerry has a special talent and ability to teach people on how to trade stocks, options, and currencies in the financial markets. Jerry has been an invited speaker at international traders expos – speaking at venues like the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, and convention centers throughout America. Mr. Furst broadcasts a weekly webinar entitled, “1st on Forex” and has a blog by the same name. The webinar is broadcast live every Monday at 7am EST hosted by FX Street.com with an international audience in over 70 countries.

Jerry has been published several times in traders magazines like SFO, Pit News, and most recently he was quoted in the January 2008 issue of Futures magazine seeking his professional opinion on the recent headlines of the rising Euro and the falling US Dollar.  (see link: --  http://tinyurl.com/2woqav ). When asked why he does it, Jerry usually replies – “ I Live to Learn, and I Teach to Get Better at the best game in the world - Trading,  and by running Investors Education Network - I get to meet the best educators in the industry teaching on the stage and more importantly those in the seats.”
